An important part of our mission is also to function as a respiratory care unit, where we care for patients with respiratory failure due to lung and neurological diseases.\n\nSince fall, we have implemented nursing councils based on the Magnet Model, a nursing model that Sk\u00e5ne University Hospital (Sus) has decided to implement. We also work with various structures to introduce patient-centered care. Examples include our nursing rounds that we started last fall and the implementation of head-to-toe assessments where we systematically evaluate the patient's nursing needs together.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nJOB DUTIES\nWe are now welcoming an additional nursing assistant to Infection Department 2 in Malm\u00f6.\n\nAs a nursing assistant with us, you work in a multidisciplinary team together with nurses and physicians. The department also has a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, pharmacist, medical secretary, social worker, and dietitian. You are an important part of the team and a link for detecting changes in patients' care situations so that appropriate measures can be taken. As a nursing assistant on the ward, your work also includes staying with seriously ill patients in need of intermediate care. The agreement allows us to offer a more adapted schedule with time for recovery.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a focus on healthcare\/acute care and who meets the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for a protected professional title, regardless of whether you studied under the previous or current program structure.
