We work with fixed care contacts, which means that as a nursing assistant you will have primary responsibility for certain residents.\nYour Responsibilities\nYour responsibilities consist of providing care, help, and support to residents based on their individual needs and creating meaningful daily activities for them. You will also prepare implementation plans for the residents you become the contact person for. We work according to a salutogenic approach, which means we see the healthy aspects of each individual.\nYou will work according to a schedule covering day, evening, and weekends, as well as nights. During one period you will work day\/evening shifts, and during another period you will work nights. Both periods include weekend work. The Social Services Department in V\u00e4stervik Municipality is implementing a desired employment level system, which means that in time you will be able to choose what employment level you wish to work.\nYour Qualifications\nWe want you to have a degree from a health and care program or comparable education that the employer deems equivalent.\nThe position requires that you have basic IT skills to be able to work with the systems we use for record-keeping and more. You must also have basic knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
