The work is both practical and administrative and occurs in close collaboration with radiologic technologists and physicians. You will meet both scheduled and acute patients, assisting with various examinations and treatments and preparing patients for examinations. We also have more independent work tasks, for example in the ultrasound lab where you plan and schedule acute and elective examinations.\r\n\r\nWork occurs during daytime, evenings, and weekends with on-call shifts. During on-call duty, you work from home and must be able to arrive at the workplace within 30 minutes. When working evenings and weekends, you work in a team with the radiologic technologist and receive acute examinations. Heavy lifting may occur in the work.
