Would you like to help shape our workplace and residential environment together with us?\nYour Responsibilities\nYour responsibilities will include providing care, assistance, and support to residents based on their individual needs and creating a meaningful daily life for them. You will also develop implementation plans for residents for whom you serve as primary contact. We work from a salutogenic approach, which means we recognize the strengths in each individual.\nYou will primarily work at Dalsv\u00e4gen 23 in Gunnebo, but if needed, you may also work at other units within the southern area, as we maintain close collaboration with home care services and other residential facilities. The position requires you to be responsible, proactive, and flexible in your approach. You need to be attentive and have good collaboration skills with residents, family members, and colleagues.
