Additionally, there is a team working in regular housing\/home care services, specifically focused on people with cognitive decline.\nAs a nursing assistant at Solg\u00e5rden, you will help shape the future of dementia care together with an experienced team, in an operation that is developing and growing.\nWork Tasks\nAs a team member in our facility, you will play an important role in creating security and quality of life for our residents. The work tasks are varied and include providing support with personal care, training, and daily activities\u2014always with the individual's needs in focus.\nYou will be a permanent care contact, which means a special responsibility for planning, documenting, and following up interventions in close collaboration with both residents and colleagues. In your work, you will also regularly collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, benefits caseworkers, and family members to create the best possible support together.\nSome of your duties may also include health and medical care services that you perform on delegation from licensed personnel.
