Thanks to your work, the client can maintain their living habits and uphold a high quality of life in their home environment. In your role, you strive to create a meaningful everyday life for each individual, tailored to their unique needs. This may include personal care, meal assistance, cleaning, shopping, and medication administration according to delegation from the responsible nurse.\n\nAn important part of the position is also being a fixed care contact, where the client's influence and participation are central based on the granted service. You are responsible for establishing implementation plans for the clients you have as fixed care contacts, and you ensure that care services are provided and continuously evaluated. Documentation via digital tools is also part of the daily work.\n\nYou will become part of a close-knit team where we collaborate closely, both with colleagues and with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, administrators, and unit managers. In your work, you will use a car and bicycle as means of transportation.\r\n\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\nWe are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has or is awaiting a professional title from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare.
