To free up time for patient-focused work, we use ward support services.\nJob Responsibilities\nAs a nursing assistant on ward 38, you will have the opportunity to develop broad competence. You initiate, plan, and perform care together with your team and the patient. You perform tasks such as blood sampling, catheter insertion, vital parameter monitoring, wound dressing changes, and care of stomas and catheters.\nQualifications\nWe welcome you if you are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with a focus on acute care according to the previous program structure, or trained as a nursing assistant within the current program structure.
