You will work days, evenings and weekends. Weekends are currently worked every other week. The home care office is located in central Timr\u00e5 where a cheerful team awaits you.\n\nWe are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, has excellent interpersonal skills and works well in collaboration. You also need to have a desire to make each day as good as possible for the users through your work. You will work with fixed care contacts for some users and together with users create documentation for care plans. You will work in mobile care, where your workplace is in your work phone, where you document changes in the user's condition and confirm completed health and social care services.\n\nWe place great emphasis on personal qualities.\n\nCare may include work tasks such as:\nHygiene and assistance with toilet visits\nDressing\nCleaning and laundry\nMeal preparation\/feeding\n\nDelegated work tasks you may perform:\nMedication administration\nInsulin injection\nTube feeding\nWound care\nCatheter care\n\nQualifications:\nYou are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title. It is meritorious if you have previous experience from elderly care, are used to working independently but also understand the importance of teamwork.
