For the position of residential care assistant in specialized housing, the starting salary range is 25,720\u201330,946 kronor per month. We apply individual salary setting. Final salary is determined based on education, relevant experience, competence, and responsibility in the role as well as in accordance with applicable collective agreements.\nWho Are You?\nWe are primarily looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and meet the requirements to use the protected professional title according to applicable regulations. We would appreciate it if you have experience in care and night work. Experience working with cognitive\/medical disabilities or palliative care is also a merit.\nFor the position of residential care assistant, it is a requirement that you have experience with night work and previous experience working in health and care. It is also a requirement that you can receive delegation of medication management from nursing staff.\nWe are looking for someone who is confident and independent in your work and who can take responsibility for planning and prioritizing your tasks during the night.
