For this position, it's positive if you have experience documenting in electronic health record systems and if you have experience with the IBIC approach (Individual Needs in Focus). We also consider it positive if you have knowledge of a salutogenic approach and low-arousal communication techniques.\nThe work involves a lot of customer contact and documentation, which means it's important that you can express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish. You also need to be comfortable using digital tools.
