Beyond this, we think it's good if you have completed upper secondary education and we see it as a plus if you are trained as a nursing assistant. For this position, it is beneficial if you have experience documenting in electronic health record systems and if you have experience with the IBIC (individual needs in focus) approach. We also see it as positive if you have knowledge of salutogenic approach and low-arousal interaction.\nThe work tasks involve significant client contact and documentation, which makes it important that you can express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish. You also need to be confident using digital tools.
