Here, 59 elderly people and individuals with various care and support needs reside. We who work here are care and support personnel with extensive experience in elderly care and healthcare. Here, we work based on the individual needs of our users\u2014for example, assistance with dressing\/undressing, personal hygiene, or support during meals. We work in a team consisting of care staff, physical therapist, occupational therapist, nurse, and unit manager, all with a focus on the user. Individual time and social activities are a prioritized area where the contact person's role is significant. After completing training and passing an examination, you are expected to perform delegated healthcare tasks.
