Then this position might be right for you.\n\nHaraberget is a place that invites interaction between different generations, with activity housing for 65+ and a preschool with 8 departments, in addition to 60 places in specialized housing. The building features common areas and a restaurant. The restaurant in the center of the building prepares and serves meals to the preschool and specialized housing, and is also open to those in the safety housing as well as municipal employees.\n\nIn the specialized housing, residents live in groups of 10 people, and each unit\/department has common spaces including a living room, balcony, and dining areas that provide comfort, a sense of home, and social interaction.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nYou are a trained nursing assistant. You have an interest, willingness, and ability to support and help other people. You have good interpersonal skills with everyone you meet and a positive attitude in your work. You are driven and have the ability to work toward set goals. You are prepared for the organization's needs to change and can meet changes with a good attitude. You are secure, stable, and have self-awareness, including in stressful situations where you maintain your composure. You work well with other people, interact with them in a responsive and flexible manner. You are calm and responsible. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and contribute to a healthy work environment. You also need to be flexible as we work on all floors throughout the building.\n\nYou need to have a salutogenic approach and holistic thinking. We work based on delegated tasks and you need to be prepared to accept delegations required in healthcare and care services.\n\nOur assignment involves being able to handle data and telephone as part of your work materials.
