As a nursing assistant, you will work providing care and nursing based on the user's needs. It is important to us that the user maintains their self-determination, their influence, and their dignity. To assist you, you have an implementation plan developed together with the user. Medical interventions are performed under the delegation of licensed personnel. We also collaborate with other resource persons such as occupational therapists\/physiotherapists\/nurses. Depending on what the needs are, you sometimes work alone and sometimes work together with other colleagues. A driver's license is a requirement.
