As a nursing assistant, you work with varying tasks that include both pre- and postoperative care as well as rehabilitation, which gives you the opportunity to develop and take on new challenges. In an interdisciplinary team, you work together with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists with shared responsibility for the patients in your team.
