Outside there is a garden that invites both activity and relaxation, including an outdoor gym, raised beds, fruit trees and berries. There is also an accessible greenhouse that creates opportunities for community between residents and staff.\r\n\r\n4 position(s).\r\n\r\nJOB DUTIES\r\nAs a nursing assistant, your main tasks are to provide person-centered care and support to our residents in their daily life situations according to their care needs. You work in a role where you have delegated responsibilities, work with documentation and create implementation plans.\n\nYou will be a key person in a newly formed team where we care about both each other and our residents.
