As a nursing assistant, you will be based on one of our units where you will also have your main area of responsibility. We value flexibility and would like to see you be able to work across Skyttegillet when needed.\n\nResponsibilities\nProvide person-centered care and services of high quality.\nParticipate in establishing and following up on care plans in close collaboration with residents.\nPerform cleaning and laundry tasks.\nDocument according to the Social Services Act in the Treserva system.\nHandle deviations in the Treserva and Stella systems.\nMotivate and stimulate residents based on their needs and wishes.\nContribute to the development of operations and your own working methods.\n\nYour Profile\nWe are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant and has experience in care and support work. You have good knowledge of Swedish and can express yourself fluently in both speech and writing. As a person, you have a good ability to interact with people from different backgrounds, needs, and circumstances. You can read and understand people with impaired cognition and have experience working with BPSD-related issues. You need to be able to read and understand documentation and prescriptions, and document according to both the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act. You collaborate easily, are attentive and empathetic. You listen, communicate, and handle conflicts in a constructive manner. You take responsibility for your work team's development and actively contribute to a good working environment. You are flexible and have the ability to quickly adapt to changed circumstances.
