You are responsible for coordinating and executing procurements, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance. You will also contribute to developing and streamlining the company's procurement procedures and processes.\nYou report to the Property Manager and work from Platen's office in Motala.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, coordinate, and execute procurements according to LOU.\nDraft, review, and follow up on contracts.\nEnsure good contract compliance and professional business practice.\nProvide support and guidance on procurement and contract matters.\nContribute to developing and streamlining processes and working methods.\nCollaborate with different business functions on procurement-related matters.\nContribute to developing a long-term and sustainable procurement operation.\n\nWho Are You?\nPlaten is looking for someone with post-secondary education in, for example, procurement, law, economics, purchasing, logistics, or other education\/experience that the employer deems equivalent.\nYou have experience with public procurement and solid knowledge of LOU. We would appreciate if you have worked with procurements within real estate, construction, installation, or technology-related operations and have an understanding of contractor agreements.\nTo succeed in this role, you need to be confident in independently managing procurements from needs analysis to contract signing and follow-up.
