We are now seeking a senior procurement officer for campus \u00d6stersund or Sundsvall.\n \nJob Responsibilities    \nMittuniversitetet is facing a decision to establish a buyer organization and implement e-commerce. We are therefore seeking a senior procurement officer who will lead the work of developing the buyer organization, implementing e-commerce, and developing Mittuniversitetet's procurement and ordering processes.\nThe purpose is to ensure efficient procurement that meets the university's needs and that procurement, call-offs, and purchases are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and framework agreements. \nYou are responsible for ensuring that new procurements are conducted in accordance with LOU and that governing documents and instructions are kept up to date and accessible on the university's intranet.\nYou have the role of coordinating and providing expertise support and are responsible for monitoring the external environment and disseminating knowledge throughout the organization. The role also includes other procurement and purchasing tasks as they arise. \nFinally, you are responsible for ensuring that valid contracts are entered into the system and expired contracts are removed. You follow up on existing contracts and monitor the organization's contract compliance.\nThere is close collaboration with the purchasing organization as well as with legal specialists and other specialized expertise in the field.
