We offer flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work up to two days per week, when operations permit.\nYour Work Tasks\nAs a procurement officer, you independently lead procurements through the entire process \u2013 from needs and market analysis and requirement definition to advertising, evaluation, and contract signing.\nYou work closely with the municipality's operations and function as both a project manager and advisor on procurement and contract matters. The procurements vary in scope and complexity and can concern both goods and services.\nThe role includes, among other things:\nindependently planning and conducting advertised procurements in accordance with, in particular, LOU,\nsupporting operations in needs analysis, requirement definition, and selection of procurement strategy,\nconducting market dialogues and market analyses,\ndeveloping procurement documents, commercial terms, and agreements,\nmaking call-offs from framework agreements,\nproviding support on procurement and contract matters, and\ncontributing to the development of the municipality's purchasing and procurement operations.\n\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone who has:\nrelevant post-secondary education in, for example, public procurement, purchasing, economics, or law, or alternatively other education or experience that the employer deems equivalent,\npractical experience of independently conducting advertised procurements in accordance with LOU throughout the entire procurement process,\nexperience in project managing procurements in cooperation with clients and subject matter experts,\ngood knowledge of the regulations governing public procurement,\nexperience with electronic procurement systems, and\nvery good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing.\n\nYou need to be able to take independent responsibility for procurements from the start. At the same time, there are good opportunities to develop further together with experienced colleagues and specialist functions within the unit.\nMeritorious Qualifications\nAt least three years of experience working with public procurement is meritorious.
