You'll have the opportunity not only to teach, but also to actively drive and develop the training programs forward \u2013 from course planning to designing innovative teaching methods.\nYou will teach subjects directly connected to industry needs, such as:\nPractical electrical engineering \u2013 focused on industrial and home products\nDigital communication technology \u2013 understanding connected systems and smart home solutions.\nAppliance technology, home products, and cooling systems \u2013 the technology behind modern household appliances and industrial units.\nBusiness management and communication \u2013 building confidence in customer interactions, both in homes and industrial environments.\n\nYou will have the freedom to plan and deliver lessons that engage our students and provide them with the practical and theoretical skills the industry demands.\nWhat We're Looking For\nTo thrive in this role, you need to be humble in your approach, have a positive view of people, and see the joy in helping our students develop and establish themselves in the industry. Strong pedagogical ability combined with an interest in people and the industry is essential.
