We have many years of experience in the South, West, and East regions, and in recent years have begun establishing ourselves in the North region. Following a strong response from selected schools in the region, we are now making a physical establishment with a local team in place in Lule\u00e5, with the aim of serving the entire region.\n\nAbout the role\nAs a training and development leader for teachers in the North region, you will have a central role in the Storytelling Ministry's work to establish, develop, and deepen collaboration with teachers and schools in the region. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teacher support and competency development initiatives, as well as for introducing and supporting schools that participate in the Storytelling Ministry's school program.\n\nThe role involves close and long-term collaboration with teachers and school leaders. You meet schools in their operations, create understanding for their conditions and needs, and support teachers in working with the Storytelling Ministry's programs and pedagogical methods. You are part of a closely collaborating team of educators and work together with colleagues throughout the Storytelling Ministry. Since the assignment covers the entire region, travel and regular visits to schools throughout the region are a natural and important part of the position; a driver's license is therefore a requirement.\n\nYou play a driving role in the competency development initiatives we offer teachers, such as courses, teacher conversations, collegial experience exchanges, teacher days, and teacher conferences, as well as digital teacher support through our teacher portal. An important part of the role is also to help develop the Storytelling Ministry's work and teacher support based on the needs and experiences of teachers and schools in Norrbotten.
