You will work to ensure quality and develop the education together with the management group, and serve as the program's contact person for the industry and the Swedish Board of Vocational Education (Myndigheten f\u00f6r yrkesh\u00f6gskolan). In this role, you will recruit, coach, teach, and mentor students, as well as work to inform about and market the program to prospective students.\nAs an educator, you will work to ensure that students receive good development and actively work to influence and motivate students to meet learning objectives. The work includes planning, teaching and assessment, as well as evaluation and development of educational activities in accordance with the program's curriculum and course plans. You also have responsibility for quality and coordination of students' internship periods (workplace learning).\nAt the Vocational University of Malm\u00f6 City, we place great emphasis on maintaining high quality in our programs.
