As development manager, you report directly to the municipal director and lead the office unit with seven highly competent employees.\n\nYou are part of the municipal leadership group and have a central role in driving the municipality's development and change efforts forward.\n\nJob Description\nYou have a strategic role in operational development, process management, and analysis focused on developing and improving the municipality's working methods and processes. You lead and develop the office unit's operations and ensure that the organization has efficient working methods and the right competencies to meet operational needs and future challenges.\n\nYou actively work to strengthen the municipality's governance model and contribute to quality assurance, follow-up, and development of municipality-wide projects and initiatives.
