You build up and lead the new development function and create conditions for the municipality to work more cohesively, long-term and with greater impact in its development work.\n\nThe assignment includes responsibility for the areas of governance and learning, digital transformation as well as IT and digital foundation. Together, these create the conditions for a more cohesive, data-driven and future-oriented municipality.\n\nYou lead through other managers and employees with different competencies and professions and have a central role in creating direction, engagement and momentum.
