We are now recruiting a development leader for the communications department with the mission to develop the municipality's services from the resident's perspective.\nIn this role, you will work from the entire resident journey and identify where the municipality's service can become simpler and more cohesive. You will drive and coordinate development work together with relevant departments and expertise. An important part of the assignment is to lead the development of the municipality's digital services and e-services based on resident needs and experience.\nYour New Job\nUsing statistics and insights from the municipality's various contact points with residents, you will identify recurring questions, patterns, and obstacles that show where service can be improved. Together with relevant departments, you will translate these insights into concrete initiatives.\nDepending on the assignment, you may initiate and lead change management work, coordinate various initiatives, and bring together the people and expertise needed to contribute. You see the big picture and how different contact channels, services, and information connect and together affect the resident's experience of the municipality's service.\nYour Qualifications\nWe are looking for someone with a degree in fields such as Customer Experience, UX, Informatics, or Digital Business Development, or other education we consider relevant. Several years of relevant work experience can replace the education requirement.\nYou have experience driving development work from a customer or user perspective and in leading or coordinating projects. You are experienced in identifying needs, seeing connections, and translating analysis and ideas into concrete change.\nYou have a good understanding of customer and user journeys and how digital solutions and information need to work together to create a good user experience. You are analytical, quick to learn new digital services, and use statistics and other data as a foundation for development.\nAs a person, you are initiative-taking and relationship-building.
