The work may include user research and interviews, requirements management, interaction design and UI, workshop facilitation, prototyping, as well as planning and conducting usability tests.\nYou will have a central role with us where you are often the driving UX expertise in a cross-functional team. Through the Design Studio, you will continuously receive support, exchange experiences, and have the opportunity to develop alongside other designers.\nThe position is at our Stockholm office. You have several years of experience in UX work in complex contexts and use AI tools as a natural part of your design process. You thrive in cross-functional teams where you contribute with both structure and dialogue.\nYou have:\n\nAt least four years of professional experience in UX design\n\n\nRelevant higher education or university degree\n\n\nVery good skills in Figma\n\n\nKnowledge of designing for accessibility and inclusive user experiences\n\n\nExperience facilitating workshops and leading teams, clients, and other stakeholders through user-centered design processes, for example using design thinking\n\n\nExperience working with large and complex solutions\n\n\nExperience using AI throughout the design process, for example in research, idea development, and for building and testing prototypes\n\n\nExperience working in cross-functional teams\n\n\nGood skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written\n\n\nExperience from consulting, product ownership, or working on multiple assignments and clients is meritious.
