The position may include on-call duty.\n\nAbout the Workplace\nYou will work alongside fantastic colleagues where no two days are alike, with work tasks spanning from Ammarn\u00e4s to Gargn\u00e4s and everywhere in between.\n\nBase location is Sorsele.\n\nYour Responsibilities\nOperation and maintenance of the municipality's water and wastewater facilities including pump stations, wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, reservoirs, and pipe networks.\nInstallation of pipes in the ground for renovations and new construction projects.\nTroubleshooting and repairs of facilities, pipe networks, and other equipment.\nMonitoring of water and wastewater operations together with the VA coordinator.\nParticipation in other work tasks within the operations.\n\nYour Qualifications\nWe are looking for someone with post-secondary education focused on technical subjects or equivalent work experience in water and wastewater operations. You have well-developed IT competence\/good computer skills and the ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing.\n\nWe place great emphasis on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who appreciates a wide range of work tasks and who is thorough, driven, and independent in your professional practice. The ability to maintain good communication and collaborate with colleagues and other professional contacts is essential for success in this position.\n\nWe expect you to be open to learning and training yourself in the areas needed by the operations.\n\nSkills and Qualifications\nCategory B driver's license is required. It is advantageous if you have worked in a similar operation previously.
