The work tasks are varied and include, among other things, service to the operations, troubleshooting, minor repairs, and responsibility for ensuring that facilities and surrounding areas function safely and appropriately.\n\nAn important part of the assignment is cooperation with employees in the municipality's various departments and operations. You have daily contact with operational staff, contractors, and colleagues, which places demands on good collaboration skills, service orientation, and a solution-focused work approach.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone with experience in similar tasks and who is accustomed to working independently with a broad service assignment. Experience with and training in facility management are merits. You need to have technical understanding and competence to troubleshoot, identify problems, and implement appropriate measures within your area of responsibility.
