The position is full-time and you will be employed on a fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.\nYou will join the service unit for Katrinelund and Bernadotte Upper Secondary Schools, which is a support function within custodial and facilities management. Daily work is led by a supervising service technician, and currently the unit consists of three service technicians and one custodian.\nThe service unit works to ensure a good work environment for everyone who works and spends time in the school facilities. Our work is characterized by good service spirit and quality.\nAs a custodian, you will work with facility maintenance and daily inspection both indoors and outdoors. Your tasks include repairs\/maintenance, mail and package handling, receiving deliveries, and managing various types of maintenance requests. You may also be responsible for managing the schools' alarms, keys, and access systems.\nIn your work, you will frequently be in contact with the City Property Management and external contractors on various facility matters. We see that you thrive in an environment with lots of activity and movement and understand the importance of being a good role model for our students. As a custodian, you are an important person who contributes to the daily functioning of the school.\nWorking hours are daytime, but occasional schedule adjustments may occur.
