The role involves traditional custodial duties such as mail and goods handling, furniture arrangement and moving, as well as basic facility maintenance.\n\nThe educational institution uses a case management system, so it is an advantage if you can handle IT systems. Additionally, some of the mail handling is conducted digitally today. Otherwise, you need to be service-oriented and in good physical condition, as heavy lifting occurs frequently.\n\nAssignment Period and Scope:\nThe Custodian position is a full-time consulting assignment with start as soon as possible following approved security clearance. The assignment is expected to run for approximately six (6) months and will be performed at the educational institution's facilities in Stockholm.\n\nPlease note that the authority conducts security-classified operations, which means you must be a Swedish citizen. Furthermore, a background check and a subsequent security interview will be conducted, which will then be reviewed by the Security Police (S\u00e4po). The assignment cannot begin until this process has been completed and approved.\n\nRequirements for the Position:\n\u2022 Three (3) years of work experience as a custodian\n\u2022 Driver's license class B\n\u2022 Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent\n\u2022 Basic knowledge of case management systems\n\u2022 Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.\n\nFor us to be able to move you forward in the process, you need to clearly state in your CV that all of the above requirements are met.
