You are also responsible for mail and goods handling, internal transportation, ordering and restocking office and consumable supplies, and preparing conference and meeting rooms. The role also includes contact with contractors, coordination of minor service tasks, and ensuring that the facility's vehicles, equipment, and storage areas are kept in good condition.\nYou participate in systematic occupational health and safety work by reporting defects, risks, and injuries, and contribute to a safe and secure workplace. As a custodian, you are the facility's contact person for practical service matters and play an important role in creating a well-functioning daily routine for both employees and visitors.\nYour Qualifications\nWe are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education, a Category B driver's license, and a forklift certificate A and\/or B. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, are familiar with working in Office 365, and have good physical capacity as the position involves practical work and heavy lifting.
