The section plays an important role in ensuring that operations are conducted with high quality from an employee\/customer perspective and requires a clear service-oriented attitude and an understanding of operational needs.\nThe work duties are varied and largely dependent on what happens in our operations. The work involves close collaboration with team colleagues, and the work group has shared responsibility to prioritize and plan for operational tasks and incoming matters. \nExamples of work duties included in the position: \nHandling fault reports related to properties and IT equipment\nPicking orders from our warehouse, loading them, and in some cases handling delivery\nInventorying and restocking supplies and flagging for new purchases\nSecurity, alarm tags, and key management\nContact with alarm centers for GPS alarm testing\nMessenger and goods handling\nRefilling water dispensers\nSimple technical tasks such as changing light bulbs in the property\nBasic support for copy machines and fax machines\nMinor rearrangement and assembly of furniture \nManaging our vehicles, such as driving to inspections and tire changes, car washing, and obtaining gas certification\n\nIt is very important that you are comfortable with both practical and administrative work in combination. Additionally, you need to be someone with an unpretentious work approach who is willing to jump in and cover for a colleague when needed. \nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education, a Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles, and good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing.\nWe would prefer that you have experience from similar service assignments, and\/or experience in messenger and transport services, warehouse work, or custodial work.
