You have an analytical and structured approach and are able to turn data and identified challenges into practical and sustainable improvements.\nYou enjoy working close to production and collaborating across different functions. You are comfortable taking ownership, driving activities forward and following them through to measurable results.\nWe would like you to have:\n\nRelevant technical education or equivalent experience from manufacturing.\n\n\nExperience in production\/process engineering and continuous improvement.\n\n\nKnowledge of LEAN, FMEA, Control Plans, VSM and production KPIs such as OEE and Cycle Time.\n\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive improvement activities.\n\n\nGood communication skills in Swedish and English.\n\n\nExperience with APQP and from the automotive industry or another manufacturing environment with high quality requirements is considered an advantage.\n\n\n \nPersonal qualities\nTo succeed in this role, we believe you are proactive, responsible and solution-oriented.
