Infection is located within Eastern Hospital.\nAt Infection, we care for patients of all ages who have suffered from acute or chronic infectious diseases. Many of the patients cared for at Infection recover and can return to their ordinary lives after their hospital stay. The Administrative unit has 19 employees with varied expertise.\nWe offer you workplace orientation, customized on-the-job training and the opportunity for you to develop in your professional role.\nWhat Do We Offer You?\nWe are looking for someone who wants to work in a developing and positive team with the opportunity to influence your working hours and work remotely.\nWork Tasks\nWe offer you stimulating and varied work with your own responsibility. Your main tasks will be to update routines and checklists for the operations, work in Sharepoint, together with a colleague introduce new employees and students to our systems and develop training materials. Some IT responsibility is also included such as ordering various access rights and IT support within the operations as well as processing statistics. In addition, this includes medical record documentation, diagnosis coding and scheduling for outpatient care.\nAbout You\nWe are looking for someone who has healthcare documentation education of 400 YH points. You have very good knowledge of the Office package and several years of experience in the profession. If you have experience working with SOFIA Styr and Melior and\/or ELVIS, this is considered a merit. You also have good knowledge of Swedish and English.\nYou have a habit of taking your own initiative, are thorough, have good conduct and a service-minded approach.
