We work based on the individual's needs and offer services that are based on several laws, including the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Support and Services for People with Certain Disabilities (LSS) and the Health and Medical Care Act.\n\nLantmannav\u00e4gen is a residential facility with special services for young people according to LSS.\n\nWith us, you meet every individual with respect and professionalism. You get to use your compassion and commitment to make a difference every day. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to creating security, continuity and good care for the young people in the residential facility.\n\nYou work closely with the young people and contribute to creating a sense of security, structure and predictability. A calm and stable approach is crucial, as is the ability to be attentive and adapt to each young person's individual needs.\n\nThe goal is to strengthen the young people's independence, quality of life and participation in society based on their needs.
