You are the face of the operation externally and actively work with marketing. One of your most important tasks is to stimulate continuous improvement and development work to ensure the operation is attractive and competitive for both employees and residents. As a manager, you have an important role in inspiring new working methods where future digitalization is high on the agenda.\n\nYou are part of the primary care area's management group and together we drive the entire area's development. Close collaboration is conducted with other primary care managers as well as with support functions in HR, finance, and operations development. Collaboration also takes place with hospitals and municipalities, as well as with local patient organizations and interest groups.\n\nAbout you\n\nYou have relevant higher education for the position and have experience working as a manager and\/or leader, preferably within healthcare operations. You also have management and\/or leadership training and previous experience with personnel and results responsibility.
