Together you will lead operations with a focus on quality, working environment, economy, and continued development of the emergency department's mission. You will become part of the clinic's nursing unit management group where there is strong collegial support and a well-established collaboration between experienced fellow managers.\nIn the role, you will have personnel and working environment responsibility for 20-30 nurses and nursing assistants. You actively work to create conditions for staff development, participation, and engagement while driving operations toward set goals and ensuring a good and sustainable working environment.
