Our clients are children and young people growing up in socially disadvantaged environments or facing difficult life situations who need a safe and supportive space during their free time.\nJob responsibilities:\n- Leading and supporting the work team\n- Coordinating the operation of the facility\n- Creating and updating methodologies and quality standards for social service delivery\n- Social work with clients, managing individual plans, client documentation and related administrative tasks, supporting clients through difficult life situations\n- Participating in the preparation and implementation of educational and recreational activities at the facility\n- Collaborating with related institutions and organizations in the community\n- Seeking opportunities for co-financing the social service and leading smaller supported projects, communicating with donors and sponsors\nWork hours: 7:30 AM\u20134:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM\u20133:30 PM, and occasional afternoon shifts 9:30 AM\u20136:00 PM as needed\nWhat we expect:\n- A requirement is a minimum of higher professional or bachelor's degree in social work, social policy, or social pedagogy in accordance with the Social Services Act No. 108\/2006 Coll.
