We're looking for a manager to lead our production facility and be a key driver in fulfilling orders and improving production efficiency.\n\nKey responsibilities include: managing the entire production process at the facility from planning to dispatch, leading a team of supervisors, technicians, and other production staff, ensuring production schedules, quality, and productivity targets are met, collaborating with headquarters on process optimization and investments, overseeing compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining and efficiently utilizing resources, working with the ERP system, and contributing to facility performance evaluation.\n\nWhat we expect: secondary\/higher education in a technical field, at least 3 years of production management experience, ideally in mechanical engineering, plastics, or metals, experience leading people and improving production processes, knowledge of ERP systems (Helios, SAP, etc.), organizational skills, independence, responsibility.
