The role is based at our modern office on V\u00e4stberga All\u00e9 in H\u00e4gersten, but since projects are conducted throughout Sweden, travel with overnight stays will occur.\nAbout the Role\nAs a ventilation project manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on ventilation projects within our energy service projects. You have a central role throughout the entire project lifecycle and work closely with customers, project managers, installers, consultants, and subcontractors.\nYou actively participate in design work, installation coordination, and ensure that projects are executed with the right quality, budget, and schedule. The role offers great freedom with responsibility and suits you if you thrive taking ownership, making decisions, and creating good results together with others.\nWith us, you get an independent and developmental role with many contact points and great opportunities to grow further within the company.\nThe role includes:\nPlanning, leading, and documenting ventilation sub-projects\nActive participation in design and installation coordination throughout the project\nCommunicating, engaging, and motivating customers, employees, and contractors\nParticipating in construction meetings, coordination meetings, and technical reviews\nResponsibility for material procurement and subcontractor tendering in consultation with the main project manager\nEnsuring correct documentation including operating and maintenance instructions\nConducting and leading functional tests and participating in inspections\nResponsibility for extra work and change orders (\u00c4TA) within the ventilation part of projects\nDeveloping customer relationships and identifying upselling opportunities\nServing as BAS-P and BAS-U where required\n\nWe are looking for someone who:\nHas a higher education degree in energy, HVAC, ventilation, building technology, or equivalent work experience. You have several years of experience in project management or sub-project management within ventilation contracts and feel confident leading projects with many stakeholders.\nYou have good knowledge of ventilation technology and experience in design or implementation of ventilation installations in properties. Knowledge of contract law is a merit, as is certification as BAS-P and BAS-U.\nAs a person, you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You find it easy to build trust, establish relationships, and collaborate with different types of people.
