You will enter an environment where design and execution are closely connected, and where dialogue between different engineering disciplines is a natural part of the work.\nYou typically work on several projects in parallel and are responsible for your own deliverables. Depending on the project, you may be involved from early phases and system solutions through completed construction documents and follow-up during implementation.\nAn important difference from a traditional consulting role is proximity to production. When a solution needs to be adjusted, project managers and colleagues are nearby, while you receive quick feedback from those working on installations in the field. This gives you the opportunity to develop both your technical expertise and your understanding of what actually works to build\u2014and what it costs.\n\nIn this role, you will, among other things:\n* design and size ventilation systems\n* create drawings, models, and technical documents in CAD\/BIM environments\n* work with technical solutions from system design to construction documents\n* make technical assessments considering function, energy, economy, and feasibility\n* coordinate installations with other disciplines\n* participate in project and technical meetings\n* collaborate closely with project managers, installers, clients, and other designers\n* manage changes and adjustments during projects\n* contribute ideas and experience to the development of CRETEC's working methods and technical solutions.\n\nYour Profile\n\nWe are primarily looking for someone who already works with ventilation design and has accumulated several years of practical experience.\nYou don't need to be the most senior person in the room. However, we want you to have progressed far enough that you understand the design process, can take responsibility for your tasks, and independently drive your work forward. When you encounter something you don't know, we don't expect you to know everything\u2014but that you find out, discuss with colleagues, and find a way forward.\nWe would like to see that you have:\n* several years of experience in ventilation design\n* experience with MagiCAD and Revit, AutoCAD, or equivalent\n* good understanding of sizing and structure of ventilation systems\n* experience in preparing technical documents and drawing materials\n* understanding of installation coordination and different project phases\n* good Swedish in speech and writing.\n\nIf you have experience with ventilation contracting, installation coordination, or close to production, that is particularly interesting.
