The operations area comprises 40 employees.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nAs Operations Manager for the Real Estate operations area, you are responsible for the strategic development and long-term planning of the municipality's real estate portfolio. You report directly to the sector manager and are part of sector management, where you contribute to the entire sector's development.\n\nYou have overall responsibility for operations, finances, personnel, and work environment for the operations area. You lead, plan, follow up, and develop the operations based on politically decided goals and the municipality's overarching strategies.\n\nThe assignment includes driving and developing strategic matters within real estate management, premises provision, investments, and project development.
