You lead with a strong user focus and a health-promoting perspective. The operational area also includes a staffing and administration unit that supports the entire support services operation.\n\nThrough indirect leadership, you manage the operations together with the current 11 unit managers in your management team. You create conditions for active, close, and sustainable leadership and drive development based on the committee's goals and direction.\n\nWe are in a development phase where the focus is on quality, work environment, and economics.
