You are responsible for ensuring systematic quality work and support the principals in their assignments through close and clear leadership. The assignment also involves collaborating with other departments, external actors, and trade unions, and representing the department in overarching matters related to the primary school's continued development. It is a role where you both lead in daily operations and drive long-term development.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are seeking someone with several years of experience leading other managers within educational operations. Experience within primary school and completed principal training are considered advantageous.\n\nWe believe that you who are applying for this position are a confident leader who, together with the principal group, wants to drive primary school operations from a holistic perspective. As a person, you are structured, development-oriented, and strategic, with the ability to drive operations based on set objectives.
