Here you will find a stable operation with high expertise, strong commitment, and excellent results; in the most recent resident survey, a high proportion of residents reported that they are satisfied and enjoy living at Nytorp.\n\nYour Assignment\nAs Operations Director, you have overall responsibility for the quality, finances, work environment, and staff of the operation. You lead and develop the operation through team leaders, nurses, and care staff with a focus on high quality, excellent care, and sustainable results.\n\nIn this role, you actively drive development and improvement initiatives, coach and develop your staff, and ensure that the operation is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, agreements, and quality requirements. You collaborate with residents, family members, authorities, and other partners and contribute to developing elderly care within the business area. You are part of the management group for the SOL business area together with the business area director and colleague managers.
