Within Fribo, there is also a short-term housing facility SoL \u00a7 7:2 and two LSS \u00a7 9:9 operations with which we maintain close collaboration.\n\n\nAbout the Role of Operations Manager\/Director\nAs Operations Manager\/Director, you hold overall responsibility for operations, staff, quality, and finances.\nYou work closely with the operations and are a visible and present leader who creates engagement, clarity, and direction for the organization. Together with your team, you ensure that the operations maintain high quality, comply with laws and agreements, and achieve set goals.\nYou have the freedom to influence the development of the operations, where you will work closely with our Methods Developer.
