Here you have the opportunity to develop in your role, whether you are new to the profession or have extensive experience.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nAs an Operations Controller within the Procurement Unit, you will have a central role in driving development, quality, and monitoring.\n\nIn this role, you will, among other things:\n\n\t\u2022 develop and improve monitoring of operations\n\t\u2022 analyze and evaluate results to support decision-making\n\t\u2022 work with quality matters that lead to concrete improvements in procurement, monitoring, and operations\n\t\u2022 initiate development work in collaboration with experts and operations linked to our agreements\n\t\u2022 manage and further develop IT support related to the assignment\n\nYou work both independently and in close collaboration with healthcare providers, collaboration partners, and colleagues. The role is shaped partly based on the operation's needs and your experience. In addition, you are expected to perform other tasks as agreed upon with the Procurement Manager.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and proactive, with a strong ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with others. You need to be flexible and able to switch between tasks of varying nature and complexity.\n\nYou have well-developed service skills, are receptive, and approach others with a humble and unpretentious manner.
