The assignment involves maintaining established structures and working methods that make working life a natural part of students' education and help increase students' career choice competence.\n\nYou will work both strategically and operationally and have many contact points within schools, the municipality, the business sector, and other external actors.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\n\t\u2022 develop and coordinate forms of collaboration between school and working life\n\t\u2022 create and develop contacts with employers, companies, and organizations\n\t\u2022 support schools' work on workplace integration based on the curriculum and collaboration with the surrounding society in the border region\n\t\u2022 develop structures and working methods for long-term and equitable collaboration\n\t\u2022 plan, implement, and follow up various projects, initiatives, and activities\n\t\u2022 identify needs from both school operations and the workplace and convert them into concrete activities\n\t\u2022 communicative efforts such as reporting, social media, and photography\n\t\u2022 collaborate with managers, teachers, study and career counselors, and other relevant functions.\n\nThe role offers great opportunities to influence and develop an area where schools and working life can work together to make a real difference in students' future educational and career choices.\n\nThis position is a full-time temporary assignment for two years, with the possibility of extension.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone with higher education that the employer deems relevant to the assignment.
