The position is centrally located on the management team at central administration, which is divided into three departments: administration, communications and facilities, and quality and development. You will work strategically and operationally to ensure a modern and sustainable IT environment, while providing expert support to leaders and developers. The role involves leading digitalization projects, strengthening systems management, and ensuring that operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to information security.\n\nYou will work broadly and in close collaboration with operations and the city's IT unit to coordinate and develop processes and information management. Together with systems managers and systems specialists at the Digitalization and IT unit, you will work on developing and managing digital solutions. Your work includes coordinating requirements for procurements based on the department's operations, conducting risk and consequence assessments of the department's systems, and supporting systems owners.\n\nIn your work, you will translate operations' needs into feasible digitalization projects in consultation with management, staff, suppliers, consultants, and the IT department.
